Worked closely with this green housing developer to develop their brand identity, identifying values, mission, target audience, purpose, competitors, and uniqueness. Did on- and off-line research of subjects related to “green”, health, environment, earth, ecological, wellness, and residential construction. Logo development objectives included designing a symbol that easily scales from small to large, can be used independently and be visually recognized as Aeris Homes, works on multiple backgrounds, and can be used with or without a slogan or tagline. Designed a marketing package, including a folder, marketing sheets, letterhead and business cards. The folder uses unique die cuts and graphics to easily brand them as Aeris Homes.
